Culinary Arts Program


Our popular Culinary Arts Program helps you acquire a wide variety of skills to expand your culinary expertise. The courses required in this program give you the opportunity to work in a professional setting with professional chefs while you learn the skills and techniques you need to better understand all aspects of the culinary arts. Core courses help you build a strong foundation by focusing on fundamental techniques while elective courses help you round out your knowledge by teaching you about new ingredients and equipment and enhancing your skills in specialty cooking techniques and regional styles.

Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate.
