Mediterranean Cooking HOSF 9080

Our Mediterranean Cooking course teaches you to prepare the tastiest dishes from the Mediterranean regions of France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and North Africa. Using a variety of ingredients, learn to make such lively and colourful dishes as baba ghanouj, tabbouleh, fish couscous, pasta paella, Marseilles-style tuna, panzanella, stuffed eggplant, and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
