SafeWalk Program

The SafeWalk program is a joint initiative between George Brown College and its Student Association. SafeWalkers work in co-ed pairs to escort George Brown College students, staff and guests to local parking lots, TTC stops or other buildings on campus. All SafeWalkers are students who have been trained in emergency first aid.

For SafeWalk locations and hours of operation, visit the SafeWalk Program for George Brown College Students web page. (Note: The service is available from the first day of full-time school in September through to the last day of full-time school in April, with the exception of winter break and other days the college is closed.)

To have a SafeWalk team come to meet you, call 416-415-5000, ext. 2020, during operating hours or use the Request a SafeWalk online form to request a SafeWalk in advance.
