
Facilities Services
If you encounter a non-emergency issue while on campus – for example, a blown light blub, empty toilet paper in the washrooms, a clogged toilet – the college wants to make it as easy as possible for you to report it. You can now access the Facilities Maintenance Request form (or scan the QR code posted on signage across the campus) and enter the information in the prompts.
Note that the form is currently monitored 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Monday to Friday). Starting in September 2023, the monitoring will be extended.
Facilities with identified accessibility access and service disruptions are outlined with alternatives on the college-wide Accessibility Notices page. If you encounter an issue with accessibility access or services while on campus, you can provide details through the college-wide Accessibility Feedback web page.
You should still direct any immediate security or safety concerns to campus security, and you should follow our emergency procedures for any emergency situation (such as a fire or medical crisis).
