Health and Safety
Everyone within the college community shares in the responsibility of sustaining a safe and healthy environment. To promote the health and safety of students and staff as well as the cleanliness of the buildings, George Brown College has adopted firm rules regarding its campuses:
- You may not bring animals (except for Service Animals) into college buildings.
- You may not bring children into classes or leave them unsupervised in libraries or other common areas as per insurance regulations.
- You may not bring bicycles, in-line skates (such as Rollerblades) or other vehicles into college buildings.
- You may not burn, exhale, inhale and/or vape any product (such as tobacco or cannabis) or use any vaping device including (but not limited to) electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
