Vietnamese Cooking HOSF 9423

Vietnamese food incorporates complex complementary and contrasting flavours. Our Vietnamese Cooking course helps you understand how to balance the distinctive refreshing flavours, varied textures and vibrant colours that define the cooking of that region. Learn the essential techniques for cooking the cherished dishes of Vietnam such as shrimp on sugar cane, banana flower salad, pho, bun cha, salad rolls, grilled beef with lemongrass, ice coffee and more.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
