Learn to create dishes that combine a variety of flavour profiles, ingredients and pasta dough from diverse regions. Practice making a range of unique, contemporary pasta and pasta dishes, including gnocchi alla Romana, testaroli, trofie, ramen noodles, tarhonya noodles, timpano and more.
