Our Indian Cooking 2 course builds on the dishes explored in our Indian Cooking 1 course. Practice cooking dishes with complex layered flavours and spices. Learn full menus that include appetizers, main dishes, and desserts, all involving exceptional Indian flavours.

You must have completed our HOSF 9076 Indian Cooking 1 course or our HOSF 9477 Indian Cooking 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
