Sandwiches HOSF 9411

A mainstay in kitchens around the world, sandwiches can be anything from classic deli creations to extraordinary regional specialties. Our Sandwiches course teaches you how to craft complete sandwiches in a way that takes them from good to great – from making the fillings and condiments to baking the breads/buns. Learn to make a variety of sandwiches, including porchetta sandwiches, falafels, bánh mì sandwiches, cemitas, burgers and more.


Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Distance Learning) course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
