Our Sandwiches course teaches you how to craft complete sandwiches in a way that takes them from good to great – from making the fillings and condiments to baking the breads/buns. Learn to make a variety of sandwiches, including porchetta sandwiches, falafels, bánh mì sandwiches, cemitas, burgers and more.
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
