Baking Arts Program
Our Baking Arts Program helps you expand your baking expertise by teaching you a wide variety of skills. The courses in this program give you the opportunity to work in a professional setting with professional chefs while you learn the techniques you need to better understand all aspects of the baking arts. Core courses help you build a strong foundation in a range of essential areas while elective courses help you round out your knowledge of specialty baking techniques.
