Our Cookies 1 course teaches you the different mixing methods and shaping techniques used to create cookies with a variety of ingredients, textures, forms and sizes. Learn different shaping and mixing methods for cookies that incorporate a wide range of ingredients and flavours such as traditional shortbread, icebox cookies and piped cookies.
