Doughnuts HOSF 9416

Our Doughnuts course teaches you to create an assortment of doughnuts using a wide variety of ingredients. Learn to make both yeast and cake doughnuts as you master the art of fried dough. Expand your expertise by studying a range of fried delicacies, including beignets, fritters, churros, funnel cakes and more. Explore finishing and decorating techniques using contemporary fillings and stylish garnishes.


Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
