Gluten-free Baking HOSF 9368

On Campus

Our Gluten-free Baking course was developed because an allergy or adverse reaction to gluten should not limit anyone’s enjoyment of sweet treats and baked goods. Learn to use gluten-free ingredients while exploring the professional techniques and approaches used in gluten-free recipes. Practice making gluten-free breads, pies, cookies, cakes, and more.

Note(s)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
