Our Healthy Desserts course recognizes that limiting fat and sugar content in desserts can be a challenge. Learn about the different ingredients that can be used to make healthier options that fit into your meal plan, and practice making breads, cookies, cakes and more.

Course Essentials:
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.) If you are pursuing our Healthy Culinary Arts Program, the prerequisite is our HOSF 9445 Healthy Culinary Arts course or our HOSF 9476 Healthy Culinary Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
