Afternoon Tea Baking HOSF 9426
Our Afternoon Tea Baking course explores the pleasures of high tea and afternoon tea by teaching you to create a wide variety of scones, loaves, cookies, confections and pastries. Learn to produce delicate and tempting elements for a classic tea service by making a different type of pastry each week. Work with new ingredients to develop both classic and contemporary flavour pairings, such as blue cheese and walnuts, blackberry and lime, and maple and bacon.
