Miniature Desserts HOSF 9383

Our Miniature Desserts course helps you raise your baking skills to the next level through the creation of classic and modern miniature desserts and pastries. Develop fine decorating skills and practice creative plating techniques by preparing such delicacies as petits fours, verrines, macarons and sugared edible flowers.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
