Our Pizza Workshop course teaches you how to prepare and make pizza – from understanding the flour and mixing the dough to selecting the toppings. This fun, informative and intensive culinary workshop gives you the opportunity to tailor your creation as you work with both classic and contemporary toppings, including mozzarella, tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage, bacon, smoked salmon, artichokes, salami, olives, potatoes, goat cheese and more.
If you have taken a class with the George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts previously, you must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the class. If you have not taken any culinary classes at the college, you must bring closed-toe shoes to the class. (Non-slip, steel toe, flat, black leather shoes are preferred.)
