Traditional Festive Sweets Workshop HOSF 9193

Our Traditional Festive Sweets Workshop course helps you create a bounty of celebratory baked goods to share with your friends and family. This intensive course teaches you to make such time-honoured holiday treats as mincemeat pie, fruitcake, and a variety of holiday cookies.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Additional Information

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
