Our Pies course helps you develop your creative potential by teaching you how to produce an assortment of pies. Learn to make pies in different styles, in a variety of flavours (including lemon meringue, strawberry rhubarb crumble, quiche, chocolate peanut butter, and key lime) and with many types of crusts (including traditional flaky, phyllo, lattice, and crumb).

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
