Our Cookies 1 course teaches you the different mixing methods and shaping techniques used to create cookies with a variety of ingredients, textures, forms and sizes. Practice different shaping and mixing methods as you create cookies that incorporate a wide range of ingredients and flavours such as traditional shortbread, icebox cookies and piped cookies.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
