Our International Breads course explores the techniques of bread making from a variety of regions and cultures. Learn to prepare traditional bread styles from international regions including North America, Central America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
