Our Fish 2 course helps you elevate your seafood cooking skills as you build on the foundation you acquired in our Fish 1 course. Learn how to expertly prepare a variety of established and innovative dishes using an array of seafood, including shellfish and a range of fish types.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9195 Fish 1 course or our HOSF 9504 Fish 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Additional Information

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
