Our Italian Cooking: Central Italy course explores the rustic yet refined culinary traditions of Italy's central regions, including Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, Marche, Abruzzo and Molise. Let fresh regional ingredients inspire you as the traditional culinary secrets of these regions are revealed, and learn to create hearty and authentic dishes in which rich Northern flavours meet rural Southern tastes.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
