Our Italian Cooking: Northern Italy course explores the distinctive ingredients that define Northern Italian food as you learn to create dishes that reflect that region’s cultural history. Focus on classic dishes from Milan, Venice, and Florence such as osso bucco, risotto, gnocchi, polenta, ravioli, stuffed calamari, tiramisu, and more.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
