Learn the skills you need to both develop successful recipes and write them in a clear and compelling way so that they are easy to follow and reproduce by anyone. Practice developing, writing, editing, testing and re-testing your own recipes in a professional kitchen with the guidance of a recipe expert.

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
