Our Culinary Arts 2 course helps you expand your culinary knowledge and technique by teaching you how to work with a broad range of global ingredients in dishes that represent a wide variety of international cultures and flavours. Continue to build your repertoire of skills by exploring dishes from a wide variety of cuisines, including Cuban, African, Greek, Indian, Korean, Chinese, Scandinavian, and French. Practice making such dishes as galbi, jollof rice, prawn curry, moussaka, Chicken Florentine, tourtière, schnitzel, and much more.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
