Our Vegetarian Asian Cooking course teaches you the culinary techniques you need to prepare the delicious vegetarian recipes that originate from the culinary traditions of countries across Asia, including China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia. The majority of the recipes used are plant-based.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the first class.
