Spanish Cooking HOSF 9289

Our Spanish Cooking course exposes you to the many flavours, aromas and textures of Spanish cuisine while building your repertoire of cooking skills. Learn to make classic dishes from across the many regions of Spain, including paella, stuffed piquillo peppers, Andalusian meatballs with saffron mayonnaise, and other beloved Spanish dishes.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
