Our Culinary Arts 2 course helps you develop your knowledge of fundamental culinary principles by teaching you the recipes and techniques you need to build your growing repertoire of skills. Learn how to work with an even broader range of global ingredients as you practice your technique on dishes that represent a wide variety of international cultures and flavours.

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
