Observe and practice dehydrating, juicing, fermenting, spiralizing and other techniques, and learn to create a variety of raw vegan appetizers, main dishes and desserts such as acai superfood smoothie, collard wraps, cauliflower rice, coconut yogurt and nut cheese.
