Pasta HOSF 9373

On Campus

Our Pasta course explores a foundation of Italian cooking – fresh pasta dishes – that often appear simplistic but, in reality, require skill to perfect. Learn how to make your own pasta dough, and practice making a variety of shapes as well as sauces to accompany the pasta. Explore a range of classic and specialty pasta recipes, including papparadelle, bolognese, carbonara, agnolotti, rotolo, pizzoccheri, ricotta gnocchi, and more.
