Our Vegetarian Culinary Arts 2 course explores the vibrant flavours and menus of the Middle East, the Caribbean, South America and the Mediterranean as well as a number of European classics. Each week, learn a variety of new techniques and skills to create a full menu. Practice a variety of recipes – most of which are plant-based – as you prepare your own dishes.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9283 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9496 Vegetarian Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
