Our Tapas Workshop course explores a variety of classic Spanish small plates and the traditions of tapas. Learn to create both simple items and more elaborate preparations as you practice making bite-sized snacks that can also form an entire meal. Discover how these traditional Spanish flavours can be paired with sherries to expand your culinary skills.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)

Additional Information

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe), and tools to the class.
