Artisanal breads are incredibly popular and widely appreciated because they come in a variety of styles, textures and flavours. These well-made and handcrafted breads are replacing their heavily processed and mass-produced counterparts in popularity. Our Artisan Bread Baking Program teaches you not only the science of bread making but the skills you need to produce small-batch, handmade breads from natural ingredients using professional techniques.
