Rustic Artisan Breads HOSF 9337

Our Rustic Artisan Breads course explores rustic artisan breads in a wide variety of traditional styles, including baguette, miche, lavash, focaccia, marble rye and ciabatta. Learn mixing, kneading, folding and shaping techniques as you make a selection of crusty hearth-style artisan breads using a range of grains, including wheat, rye, oats and spelt.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
