Our Culinary Skills Program teaches you what you need to begin an exciting career as a chef or cook. Through expert instruction and hands-on practice with professional chefs, learn about the fundamentals of ingredients, food preparation, cost control and the fascinating world of food culture. Completion Details

Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate. Program graduates are eligible to apply to enter either the second or third term of the full-time Culinary Management (H100) diploma program.
