Continuous Intake

Our WHMIS Training course was developed to meet the needs of anyone who works with or in close proximity to a hazardous product and must have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training. Explore the essential role WHMIS plays in protecting the health and safety of Canadian workers and how to identify the WHMIS responsibilities of suppliers, employers and workers. Learn about how hazardous materials are classified under WHMIS 2015 (and WHMIS 1988), the workplace requirements related to the use of supplier and workplace labels, how to locate and interpret the information found on these labels and the safe work practices that should be followed when working with hazardous products.

Once you complete the course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion for your records.


Registration Method:

This is an online course with continuous intake registration. That means this course does not have traditional start/end dates. You can register at any time throughout the year (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), and you will have until the end date of the section (CRN) in which you are registered to complete the course. Make sure to register in the section (CRN) with the Date(s) range that includes the date on which you plan to start the course (keeping in mind that you will receive your online access/course materials approximately a week after you register).
