Theory of Food 2 HOSF 1100
Our Theory of Food 2 course helps you build on what you learned in our Theory of Food 1 course by exploring additional ingredients, techniques and culinary applications. This culinary course introduces you to industry standards, philosophies and practices pertaining to sustainability, nutrition, diversity, menu planning, innovation and quality of food. Through online discussions, collaborative assignments and in-class activities, practice your communication and interpersonal skills so you can ensure they meet industry standards.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 1030 Theory of Food 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
