Our Baking and Pastry for Cooks class is designed to provide the aspiring cook with fundamental skills and techniques in baking and pastry arts. Through a series of demonstrations and practical hands-on baking classes, practice and produce a variety of baked goods and pastry items such as quick breads, cookies, eclairs, pies, breads, custards and cakes. Build the solid foundation of essential skills and knowledge required by today's industry.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
