The Sustainable Chef HOSF 1301

Online

The Sustainable Chef course is intended to help you form and nourish a sustainable mindset in both your personal life and your professional life. Explore the pillars of sustainability within the culinary industry through the exploration of people, planet, profit and policy. Learn how to research and evaluate foods in order to find ones that represent local and sustainable networks, including those related to food justice and the ethical treatment of people and animals. Look at how a more-vibrant food network could be created by developing your understanding of food systems and learning to identify gaps in sustainable practices.
