Certificate of Completion

With the wide array of cheeses available from both local and global producers, more and more consumers are becoming passionate about cheese. This increased interest has created a demand for professionals who understand the history of cheese making and the methods used to produce the finest cheeses. Our Professional Fromager Program helps you develop your critical tasting skills through exposure to a variety of cheese styles and regions. In addition to taking part in cheese tastings, learn such professional skills as cheese menu curation, cheese aging, cheese pairing and proper service techniques.

Completion Details

Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate of completion.
