Our American and Australasian Cheeses course explores the cheese produced by North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. This cheese course helps you build a framework of knowledge about this evolving industry by giving you the opportunity to acquire sensory skills and understanding as well as relevant regional knowledge (cultural background, laws and people).
