Our American and Australasian Cheeses course explores the cheese produced by North America, South America, Australia and New Zealand. This cheese course helps you build a framework of knowledge about this evolving industry by giving you the opportunity to acquire sensory skills and understanding as well as relevant regional knowledge (cultural background, laws and people). Discover what the "New World" has to offer in comparison to the style, production and pairings of the "Old World" classics.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9342 Introduction to Cheese course or our HOSF 9479 Introduction to Cheese (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
