Our Baking Arts course helps you develop essential pastry skills as you learn to create a variety of baked goods. Demonstrations teach you the foundational baking techniques and methods that you will then practice as you make your own pies, cookies, soft rolls, cakes, tarts, Ă©clairs, chocolates and more.

Course Essentials:

You must have a full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools for this course. The teacher will provide you with a bookstore voucher for a uniform package, but you must purchase your shoes and tools separately. The teacher will provide a list of required tools during the first class.
