Our Property Management Program provides you with a thorough grounding in financial planning, human relations, tenancy law, building maintenance, and property administration. The required courses are intended for those looking to enter or currently working in the field of property management.
This program is offered by George Brown Polytechnic Continuing Education in partnership with the Institute of Housing Management (IHM).
Completion Details
Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate of completion using the department contact information on this web page. Program graduates meet the education requirements needed to be eligible to pursue the IHM Accredited Membership.
