Our Property Management Program provides you with a thorough grounding in financial planning, human relations, tenancy law, building maintenance and property administration. The required courses are intended for those looking to enter or currently working in the field of property management.
This program is offered by George Brown College Continuing Education in partnership with the Institute of Housing Management (IHM).
Once you have completed all the requirements of this program, you can request to receive a certificate of completion. Program graduates meet the education requirements to pursue the IHM Accredited Membership.
