
Leadership Fundamentals MGMT 9048
Our Leadership Fundamentals course teaches a four-factor model that helps you understand leadership in any context. This leadership course introduces you to two major leadership theories – authentic leadership and transformational leadership – and teaches you how to apply them. Consider the difference between leadership and management, explore leadership from a variety of perspectives, and study organizational change leadership theory. Take part in a series of exercises intended to develop your practical leadership skills, and learn how to apply effective management practices and change leadership in the workplace. Work to develop a personal leadership statement that will help guide you as you move into leadership positions throughout your career.
