Property managers are responsible for many issues unrelated to properties. One of their major responsibilities is human relations: they are expected to manage people (not only their immediate staff but also contractors, other professionals, their residents and more) and interact with senior management. Our Human Relations for Property Managers course has been designed to help you develop the interpersonal skills you need to supervise staff, motivate others and implement strategic planning and change management initiatives. Learn how to use analytical skills and problem solving techniques in everyday interactions, how to deal with conflict situations and how to implement leadership best practices.

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.
You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our IHM 9000 Property and Building Administration course before you start this course.
