Our Tenancy Law in Ontario course is intended to introduce you to the residential tenancies law that governs the landlords and tenants of Ontario. Develop a firm understanding of the basic legal principles articulated in the legislation, and learn about the practice and procedures at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Explore in detail a range of areas, from filing and serving legal documents to advocacy skills.
