Building Maintenance for Property Managers IHM 9004

Property managers are responsible for their organization’s asset management plans, which include capital and reserve planning, building inspections, preventative maintenance planning, extensive project management and the ability to implement industry best practices and legislative requirements. Our Building Maintenance for Property Managers course has been designed to provide you with an overview of property and site maintenance (with a strong focus on preventative maintenance); building and system management; and health and safety requirements for staff, residents and properties. Learn contract management skills, and get the basic tools and checklists you need to develop site-specific/organizational plans, comprehensive maintenance plans and energy reduction strategies.
