Our Strategic and Financial Planning for Property Managers course is designed to provide property managers with a complete review of accounting principles, the accounting process and budget preparation procedures as well as the managerial use of accounting/financial statements and their analysis. This property management course also teaches the techniques and approaches used to establish and organize objectives and implement strategies.

Recommendations

You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our IHM 9000 Property and Building Administration course before you start this course. If you have no previous accounting experience, you will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our ACCT 9120 Accounting 1 course.
