Our Strategic and Financial Planning for Property Managers course is designed to provide property managers with a complete review of accounting principles, the accounting process, budget preparation procedures, the managerial use of accounting/financial statements and the analysis of those statements. This property finance course also teaches the techniques and approaches used to establish and organize objectives and implement strategies.

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.

Recommendations

You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our IHM 9000 Property and Building Administration course before you start this course. If you have no previous accounting experience, you will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our ACCT 9120 Accounting 1 course.
