Tea Service Training HOSF 9396

On Campus

Our Tea Service Training course gives you the opportunity to apply your learning from previous tea courses to a simulated workplace situation. This tea service course starts with an introduction to service techniques. Then you work as a team to curate a tea menu for a simulated service experience. Later, you have the chance to practice your skills when you host a tea service with customers and guests. Learn to advise customers on matters relating to tea service and on the tea that would be appropriate to pair with the food selected.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9395 Food and Tea Pairing course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
